"When I first started therapy sessions with Joy I was in an unhealthy relationship that I didn't know how to get out of, feeling trapped and powerless. Working with Joy gave me the empowerment do something about my situation and take control back of my life. Through her CBT sessions I have learnt how to recognise unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours and therefore choose to do something about them.

Now, over 6 months after I did manage to break out of the relationship, I am happily independent having learnt many new lifelong skills in my therapy sessions. I shall be forever grateful to Joy for giving me those skills and the confidence to go forward and take my life to the next stage."
