WHAT IS THERAPY? Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is now recognised by the National Centre for Clinical Excellence (NICE) and the NHS to provide the most effective therapy for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety and depression. Greenacre CBT uses CBT to help people with their life issues, however Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Time Line Therapy can also be incorporated where it is felt these approaches might be more helpful. In order to judge what is right for you, you may find it helpful to talk to us. We are happy to explain how these approaches work in simple language so you can make the right decision. These therapies will help you explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours and help you see how you may have some patterns which are not helping you at the moment. This will be undertaken confidentially. Most people find between 6 and 20 sessions is sufficient to provide new outcomes and positive changes.
